IndusInd Bank Customer Dispute Form is used for claiming Unauthorized Transaction, Wrong Transaction, Cancelled transaction, Duplicate charge, and loss of ATM card and also for failed ATM Transaction.

What is Unauthorized Transaction?

These are the transaction which was not authorized by you or any of your family members.
The card should be blocked in this case.

What is Wrong Transaction?

These are the transaction which has an error in amount which you have made.

What if ATM card is lost?

If your ATM card is lost or stolen, you can fill this form and you can able to block your ATM card as soon as possible.

What is Cancelled Transaction?

These are the transaction which was cancelled by you and the Refund was processed by merchant and still not yet received to your corresponding account.

What is Duplicate Charge?

These are the transaction which was billed more than once.

What is Failed ATM Transaction?

When you withdraw cash from any ATM using IndusInd Bank ATM Card, if your amount got reduced from your account balance without dispensing cash, your amount has to be refunded automatically to your IndusInd Bank account within 24 hours. If you are not received the amount automatically, you have to contact your IndusInd Bank  for raising ATM claim using ATM Claim Form.

You can also able to claim if cash was dispensed partial in the ATM.
